an angelino WE...
I've decided to write in english this time, to be more fair to my new "american friends" (i hope you'll read this article Mark !).
Anyway, this past WE, i stayed in LA and settle down a little bit more in my appartment. I bought this nice dining table for my kitchen...but as my camera died last week i can't show it on this blog. What a shame ! That's a 50's, typical american table that i paid too much for what it is, but i just needed a table so hard that i didn't try to negociate.
Anyway, i did IKEA for the 3rd time !! (but at last i got the note book i lost 3 weeks ago).
Then, Pre-halloween parties were eveywhere on on saturday...i went to 3 of them with a bunch of friends...Julien, again, and his great friends. We were the only ones not with costumes on...shame on us, I know. At a party, there was so many people, it was in a garden and a movie was projected on the roof of the guest house, the guest house was the dancefloor and the garden was so well decorated, i just havent' seen such a great halloween party. But they ran out of alcohol very early (we arrived around midnight)...so we moved to others parties...I finally went home at 4am, but i live in Venice and parties were in Hollywood, so it's kind of a drive...
On sunday i went surfing, for the second time. But this time with my friend Sylvie and we went to Venice which is closer to where we both live than Malibu. Temperature was ok and we had fun. Too bad the sun never showed up. That was like that the whole past week...
Yesterday i went to this cocktail in this great Hotel and we met cool people. Among them, these french guys, one of them was Cyrille, a guy i was supposed to meet as a friend in Paris that we both know gave each other our phone numbers. So, that was funny to meet him by chance. Here is on of the picture of the party: Julien (that you'd hopefully recognized), me, Charles - who organized the party - and Sylvie.
